Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by a threat of perceived danger, pain, or harm.

A fear thermometer is a strategy used to help children deal with anxiety by becoming aware of their anxiety level. Furthermore, it is a tool that takes a global rating of a child’s anxious feelings.

Anxiety is characterized by tension, worried thoughts, and physical changes like sweating and shaking.
