How will this worksheet help?

The counselor can use this worksheet by letting the client fill out this worksheet. The counselor will be provided with details on the client’s childhood perspective towards his/her parents. This is especially helpful if the counselor leans towards Adlerian therapy. 

How to use the worksheet? 

This worksheet requires the client to answer and fill out two tables asking for information about his/her parents from present and past perspectives. Most of the questions will be filled out from the client’s perspective he/she had as a child.
