What is the theory behind the worksheet?

The stage of “good/bad” in Kohlberg’s theory of moral development usually correlates to the initial stage of moral thinking, or “pre-conventional morality.”

Children at this age form moral opinions based on the results of their deeds. Depending on whether a behavior results in rewards or punishments, they see it as either good or bad.

Young children go through this stage, which is characterized by a concentration on self-interest and avoiding punishment.

How will the worksheet help?

Through introspection and self-reflection, kids can cultivate a good self-concept. Setting goals and repeating encouraging phrases can help them feel more confident.

They can deal with disappointments by developing emotional management skills and challenging negative attitudes.

Activities for developing social skills build positive interactions and a sense of self-worth and belonging. In general, the worksheet gives kids the skills they need to overcome obstacles and develop a strong sense of self-worth.
