What is the theory behind the worksheet?

This concept focuses on the fact that intelligence is not genetic or inborn, but achievable through constant practice and perseverance. This is by CBT, where the primary aim is to change thoughts because it prescribes that changing thoughts could lead to changes in behavior and cognition.

5. Track Your Progress, evaluate your advance by checking with tutors every week focusing on the challenges you still face and the gains made.
