What is the theory behind the Accountability Worksheet?

The theory is rooted in the concepts of self-regulation, performance management, and personal accountability which focuses on individuals monitoring their progress and achieving their goals in the respective period.  

How will the worksheet help?

The worksheet will be a tool to help an individual establish clear goals and track their progress to stay focused and motivated. 

How to use the worksheet?

In the goals column write the goals or behavior you want to achieve and change.

Have a way of acting out written in the corresponding column.

Have an accountable partner for each goal and give them the instructions to ask you about the goal’s progress. As the context of goals may vary so choose your partner accordingly.
