Body neutrality worksheet (PDF)
What is the theory behind this Body neutrality worksheet?
Body neutrality refers to neither hating nor loving one’s body. Rather it enables individuals to come in the middle of accepting their bodies. Due to unrealistic media representation and cultural expectations, beauty standards have made people question their self-worth. When individuals find their appearances unable to match the irrational standards, it takes a negative toll on their mental wellbeing. Thus leading to disorders like anorexia, body dysmorphic and so on.
How will the worksheet help?
