How will the worksheet help?

The purpose of this worksheet is to increase awareness regarding feelings and the way they are manifested. Self-reflection enables one to look at the different emotions and behaviour patterns exhibited in life and take better control of the emotions demonstrated. This can enhance your mental health and outlook and can assist with if you are dealing with stress or other forms of tension.

3. Describe the physical sensations you experienced.

4. Ask yourself if your expressions matched what you were feeling and identify any discrepancies between your expressions and emotions.

5. Think about how you might handle these emotions differently in the future and write down strategies you would like to try.
