In this worksheet, the self-regulation strategies are explained which indicates that there is a bridge that the client needs to cross. There are three barriers and one tool that allows one to move easily and cross the bridge. The three barriers are : 

  1. I am out of control 
  2. I am stressed or silly 
  3. I am tired or sad 

The one powerful tool is 

I am happy and calm: Then the client is instructed to write his/her/their own personal tools ( basically strengths) that he/she/them believe he/she/they have and by using them can help cross the bridge.
