What is the theory behind the worksheet?

The procedures of this worksheet are based on the principles of self-efficacy and self-determination theories. 

According to psychologist Albert Bandura Self-efficacy means the extent to which one believes in his or her capability to complete some courses of action required to achieve intended results (Bandura, 1997). 

Self-determination theory proposed by Deci and Ryan asserts that the causes of action originate from intrinsic motivation (Deci & Ryan, 2000). 

How will the worksheet help?

This worksheet will help to self-reflect with regard to one’s overall health and determine what aspects one wants to change, as well as improve self-reminder of unhealthy behaviors or patterns that can negatively impact one’s health. 

It helps in setting realistic and worthwhile goals of individual development and offers a framework for effectively putting into practice desired patterns of living that are healthy.

How to use the worksheet?
