A Little Spot of Anxiety is a book for school-aged children by Diane Alber that teaches them about anxiety, its physical manifestations and management strategies. This book is part of a series of books that teach children about different emotions and how to manage them. It is a highly recommended series for teaching emotion regulation to young kids. Emotions are visualised through characters called ‘talking spots’.
