Adlerian individual psychotherapy, brief therapy, which helps clients to release their negative feelings and self destructive beliefs and behaviors and to replace them with tools that will allow the clients to become confident and socially capable. The therapist helps the clients to understand how much control they have over their own feelings and emotions which aids them in being empowered

This worksheet will help the clients in getting to know the effects of their thoughts on their moods. Clients will be able to control or change their behaviors by simply changing their thinking patterns.
