When children are able to define themselves they get a strong sense of identity. This leads them to believe that they are worthy of attention, care and love in this society. Furthermore, knowing about their background provides a sense of belonging which is crucial for interpersonal skills.

This worksheet will help young children in learning how they are individuals separate from others, with their own thoughts and opinions. It can be used either in school or therapeutic settings.
How to use this worksheet?
The facilitator is required to present the following sheet to the young clients. Instruct them to look at the topics and speak their responses. The facilitator will note them down. Then the clients can color the images on the sheet.
