Since anger is the most accepted emotion, it gets strengthened in the kids. According to behavior psychology, compliance as a result of anger outburst also increases its frequency. The effects of frequent anger on younger kids are more negative and severe. It affects their both mental and physical growth and wellbeing. Most of the time, anger outbursts are a result of or accompanied with other developmental problems of the child.

This worksheet is for the children who are receiving anger management therapy. This will help them in monitoring how healthy or unhealthy their anger reactions are in a whole week.

How to use this worksheet?

This worksheet requires clients to write the number of times they have performed actions provided below after encountering an anger trigger in the past week. Then count either the negative behavior or positive behavior is greater in number.
