Most noticeable symptoms of individuals suffering from anxiety are physical symptoms of autonomic arousal like sweating, lightheadedness, and shortness of breath, as well as more  somatic complaints like insomnia, restlessness, and muscle aches, frequently accompanying the emotional distress of anxiety.
