What is the theory behind this Anxiety Monster worksheet? 

One of the most prevalent mental health conditions is anxiety. Medications and cognitive behaviour therapy are two common forms of treatment.  Clients with anxiety issues also receive art therapy. The use of art therapy helps in the recovery from anxiety. 

How will the worksheet help?

Children like adults too struggle with anxiety. They find it challenging to discuss their fears and anxiety. This worksheet will make it easier for clients to discuss their anxiety and assist clients in better understanding their fears, which will help in ongoing anxiety treatment.

The worksheet can be used with the client during initial sessions. The therapist will assist the client in completing the worksheet.

It’s completely normal to have anxiety occasionally. An Anxiety monster creates anxious thoughts and feelings. We don’t have to pay attention to the anxiety monster when it tries to scare us by listing all the terrible things that “might” occur. Now It’s time to fight with this anxiety monster by identifying its trap.
