What is the theory behind this anxiety scale worksheet? 

An excessive worry about anything is anxiety. If anxiety isn’t managed in a timely manner, it might interfere with how you function day to day. In behavioural research and treatment, a subjective anxiety scale is a standard assessment tool for quantifying verbal descriptions of private events, typically feelings of anxiety.     

How will the worksheet help?

Understanding the severity of symptoms is crucial in management of anxiety. This worksheet will help clients in understanding the severity of symptoms and keeping the track of changes in their symtpms. 

How to use the worksheet?  

The therapist can provide this worksheet during sessions and instruct clients to continue it at home. The client will complete the worksheet by rating the level of anxiety on the scale.
