What is the theory behind this Building happiness worksheet?

Individuals who are suffering from a mental health crisis find it difficult to have insight into the process of being happy. They usually quit performing pleasurable tasks and start losing motivation. Inorder to build happiness, one must assess what parts of the life are pleasurable and what are not. So that one is able to get rid of the negative parts. Usually our family, friends, work and leisure activities are a source of happiness. But ironically, they can be a source of unhappiness as well. 

How will the worksheet help?    

This worksheet will help the client in experimenting and assessing whether these factors of life namely: family, friends, work or study and leisure activity are either a source of happiness or unhappiness.   

How to use this worksheet?

To use this worksheet, choose one factor for each day and spend time with it. After spending time, notice your level of happiness and rate it on the scale of 1-10 (1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest).
