What is the theory behind this “CBT AGENDA SETTING WORKSHEET ”?

In CBT, the therapist and patient work together to develop the agenda to determine how the session time will be used. Setting an agenda guarantees that the time in a session is used effectively and that the patient and the therapist have a say in what is discussed.

How to use the worksheet?

Follow the instructions in the worksheet to set your agendas and related goals effectively. Try to do this activity at least once a week.
