Change is an inevitable part of life. This does not mean that dealing with change is an easy transition. However, finding ways to accept and cope with change can lower our risk for any mental illness.

Resilience is coping with change by successfully adapting to complex or challenging life experiences through mental, emotional, and behavioral adjustments.

Our mental health is essential when coping with change. It plays a significant role in our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Our mental health determines how we think, feel, and act.
