  1. Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) 

This is a type of talking therapy treatment specifically adapted to treat individuals who suffer from extremely intense emotions.

DBT treatment is based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and is used to help struggling individuals identify and positively change negative thinking patterns.

  1. Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT)

This is a type of psychotherapy that combines cognitive therapy, meditation, and mindfulness. Individuals are taught to recognize their own behavioral patterns and change them, thus improving self-care.
