Boundaries are the limits you place around time, emotions, body, and mental health to stay resilient and content with who you are. They can be set with family, friends, romantic relationships, co-workers, and strangers. Boundaries can also be set around emotional energy, time, personal space, sexuality, morals and ethics, finances, and social media.
