Family dynamics are the patterns of relating, or interactions, between family members, including roles, hierarchies, and communication between family members.

Family dynamics can strongly influence how we see ourselves, others, and the world. As a result, it significantly affects our everyday well-being and relationships and plays a major role in our mental health.

Family issues are when conflicts between family members become quite intense to the extent it interrupts your daily life.

When families cannot resolve the root cause of any family issue, the emotional intensity around each other becomes overwhelming, and it can lead to symptoms of common mental health such as anxiety or depression.
