What is the theory behind the feelings and emotions worksheet?

Feelings and emotions are natural responses of human beings to any negative or positive, pleasant or unpleasant, distressing or anxiety-provoking situation. When something good happens, we feel happy, contented, or other positive emotions, when something bad happens, we feel sad, annoyed, or other negative emotions. Feeling emotions is not bad but not understanding your emotions and overrating your emotions can be disturbing.

After completing it, analyze if your emotions are appropriate in each situation and if the intensity of your emotions is appropriate or out of proportion.
