Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a severe mental illness in which people have recurring, unwanted thoughts, ideas, or sensations (obsessions). 

Graded exposure is a way of treating a range of anxiety problems by exposing patients to specific situations they are fearful of. OCD can be treated through graded exposure.
