Healthy Eating Therapy Worksheet

What is the theory behind this Healthy Eating Therapy worksheet?

This worksheet is based on the ‘54321Go’ program developed by CLOCC, which is a public health initiative aimed at helping develop healthy habits in families. The worksheet will provide caregivers a simple guideline that they can use to ensure their kids adopt healthy habits that are good for their mental and physical health. It will also help kids with tracking their newly learned habits everyday for 30 days.
