The basis of insight-oriented therapy is the idea that you will function more effectively the more self-aware you are. It aims to provide you self-knowledge, explain your motivations, and instruct you on how and why you behave as you do.
How will the worksheet help?
Insight is the development of a new understanding of one’s own and other people’s actions, motives, and emotions. This worksheet will provide clients an in-depth understanding of themselves that will give clients a new perspective to look at their problems.
How to use the worksheet?
The worksheet can be used by therapists during sessions. The therapist will instruct the client to complete the worksheet. After completion the therapist will discuss the worksheet with the client.
