Manipulation is when someone tries to dominate or control an individual by deceiving them for their own advantage. It involves making them believe that they are wrong instead of the manipulator. Emotional manipulation is the same thing where a close relation tries to trigger intense emotional reactions that negatively affects the individual’s mental wellbeing.

This worksheet will help the clients in having insight into their relationship. Figuring out the difference between the reality and what the manipulative person is implying. This will help them in responding to the situation appropriately
How to use this worksheet?
To use this worksheet, sit in a relaxed, distraction free space to focus. In the first cube, write what the other person is implying regarding the event. Then in the next cube, write what you believe happened. Check for discrepancies as well as similarities and look at it objectively to find out whether you are being manipulated. This can work as a day to day reminder.
