When comes to mental health is associated with physical social and psychological well-being.  Life requires a balance of all three aspects and if this equilibrium gets disturbed we start to experience distress. Nowadays people don’t have an emotional insight they how they feel and deal with situations mostly we all have distress but it is very important to acknowledge the red flags to keep ourselves away from distress. Mental health maintenance will create this awareness of self wellbeing and help clients maintain themselves well.

This worksheet is helpful for a client to see how they are doing emotionally physically and cognitively. Instruct them to rate their mood later and ask them to write about their approach to dealing with situations and after dealing how to perceive their performance and coping. Help them identify their strengths along with weaknesses and lastly ask them to give positive regard to themselves and identify the positive activities they do to cheer themselves lastly ask them to continue with these positive activities and try to search for new ones.
