What is the theory behind this mental health reflection worksheet? 

A condition of mental wellness known as mental health enables people to manage life’s stressors, recognise their potential, learn and function successfully, and give back to their community. Mental health reflection is necessary to maintain mental well being.    

How will the worksheet help?

We experience different stressors in our daily life that can affect our mental health. The worksheet will help clients to reflect on their mental health and provide them with insight regarding their strengths, weaknesses and what factors are affecting their mental health.    

How to use the worksheet?  

The worksheet can be used by therapists to develop insight in clients regarding their mental health. Therapist provides a worksheet to the client and instructs him/her to answer the questions given in the worksheet.
