What is the theory behind this PACT Goals Worksheet?
PACT is an acronym for Purposeful, Actionable, Continuous and Trackable. It is a type of goal-setting technique meant to help people break down large goals into immediate achievable actions. PACT gives them a system to follow and use in their long-term planning. As opposed to SMART goals, PACT goals refer to immediate actions that can be followed without any planning or delay.
