PACT Goals Worksheet

What is the theory behind this PACT Goals Worksheet?

PACT is an acronym for Purposeful, Actionable, Continuous and Trackable. It is a type of goal-setting technique meant to help people break down large goals into immediate achievable actions. PACT gives them a system to follow and use in their long-term planning. As opposed to SMART goals, PACT goals refer to immediate actions that can be followed without any planning or delay.

How will the worksheet help?

This worksheet will help educate individuals about PACT goals and help them plan immediate actions that will make their long-term goals achievable. It will help them organise and manage their immediate actions and give them a clear plan of action to follow.
