After identification of symptoms clients need to rate them according to intensity, they should write the most frequent ones first and the least frequent in last. Later they should write the frequency of attacks per week and at last, they have to address their coping style through which they get over this attack. Through worksheet client and practitioner can identify the coping and introduce healthy and positive ways of dealing with anxiety attacks.
