What is the theory behind this Peer on Peer Abuse Worksheet?

Peer on Peer Abuse refers to intentional physical or psychological harm inflicted upon young children by other children of the same or similar age. It can include all sorts of abuse instigated by a child that is meant to harm or exploit another child. It is important for schools to hold awareness sessions regarding what peer on peer abuse is and how one can seek help if needed.
