In this worksheet first of all the client is asked to reflect on the thoughts he had throughout the day. Then the client is asked to see if he has critical self-talk throughout the day. If yes then mention it in the negative thoughts column. then the client is asked to challenge the thoughts he has. Then the client is asked to reframe his thoughts. This worksheet is easy to use just follow the instructions.
