What is the theory behind this schizophrenia therapy worksheet?
Schizophrenia is a severe mental illness that interferes with a person’s thought processes, feelings, decision-making abilities, and social skills. The treatment for schizophrenia will focus on symptom management. The person needs to take medication for an extended period or the rest of their life. Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is also an option for people suffering from schizophrenia.

This worksheet will assist a person in changing negative emotions-inducing behaviours or beliefs. It helps a person in modifying their thought process about an event, as well as a behavioural component that facilitates them in changing their reactions.
