What is the theory behind this self acceptance therapy worksheet?
Being more aware of and accepting of one’s strengths and weaknesses are known as self-acceptance. Nobody is perfect, so don’t set unrealistic expectations for yourself. Beliefs and past experiences about oneself and others can lead to negative self-images, which can cause critical or catastrophic conscience. Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and positive psychology could be used to improve self-acceptance.
