Self-control Worksheet

What is the theory behind this Self-control Worksheet?

Self control is a much needed skill in the pursuit of goals. It ensures one is able to inhibit or limit their unhelpful impulses, behaviours and emotions to work towards goal attainment.  It is part of executive functions of the brain that require careful planning, problem solving and decision making skills.
