Social Emotional and Mental Health Worksheet

What is the theory behind this Social Emotional and Mental Health Worksheet?

Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs are crucial for people of all ages. Children in particular can have difficulty in having these needs met leading to a host of maladaptive behaviours that reflect a poor mental health state. They can have difficulty in identifying and regulating their emotions, interacting and befriending their peers and may end up developing anxiety, depression and stress as a result. It is crucial to focus on developing strong social, emotional and mental health skills in young kids to ensure a well-adjusted future.
