What is the theory behind this Star jar worksheet?

According to behavior psychology, in order to achieve a desirable behavior from your child, one has to provide them with reinforcements. A positive reinforcement refers to a reward that a child receives from their parents after displaying a desirable behavior. But there should be a proper system for these reinforcements.

This worksheet will help clients in setting a proper system for positive reinforcing their children for disciplining their children and making them perform desirable tasks.

How to use this worksheet?

To use this worksheet, color one star in the jar below when your child has displayed desirable behavior the whole day. When all seven stars are colored, give your child a reward by the end of the week
