In today’s competitive world it has become very difficult for people to cope with stress and to collapse coping strategies they are not able to achieve their actual potential. Stress can lead to adverse effects on physical as well as psychological well-being. Stress management worksheets are introduced to work on clients’ well-being to help them cope with daily life hurdles and better their practical performances. Stress management can have a positive impact on one’s social and interpersonal life.

This worksheet will help the client adopt more adaptive ways to cope with stress. I will create a balance of positive activities in their life and encourage healthy living. Through this worksheet, clients can brainstorm by themselves what should be a healthy way to deal with stress and it will encourage their ability to problem solve and there can develop their perspective of analyzing things better. 

How to use the worksheet?

This worksheet is helpful for the client to identify their regular stressor and their coping style. Instruct your clients to write all of their stressors and ask them to write their responses to stress and coping strategies that they adopt at the time of stress. The worksheet also contains better coping activities after filling the worksheet ask the client what can be an adaptive way to cope with it also ask the client to inculcate activities mentioned above.
