Therapy can be a helpful tool to manage this transition. It can help the elderly in forming new ways to improve their well being at the later stage of life.

How to use this worksheet?

To use this worksheet, the therapist is required to provide the following scale to the elderly clients. The clients then have to select the number of times they have performed below mentioned activities. There are three options to choose from.
