Think Feel Act Worksheet

What is the theory behind this Think Feel Act Worksheet?

The think-feel-act concept is a kid-friendly version of the basic principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which work on making individuals aware of how their thoughts, emotions and behaviours are interconnected with another. An early introduction of the concept to kids can ensure it can become a habit as they progress onto dealing with increasingly complicated situations and thoughts..
