What is the theory behind the worksheet?

A mantra is a word, sound, or phrase that is repeated to oneself to provide a specific feeling. Usually, this is aimed at feeling calm or easing anxiety. However, a mantra can be used to increase confidence, build positivity, increase self-esteem, or motivate an individual.
