Bullying usually includes a perpetrator and a victim. Emotional bullying is when a bully harms the victim psychologically. E.g. Hiding someone’s essential things, isolating someone, etc. Emotional bullying has highly negative consequences for the victims and predisposes them to a variety of mental health difficulties.
