Wellness is a broad term that encompasses all aspects of one’s mental and physical health. It is used to indicate a person’s current level of mental and physical well-being. Wellness therapy includes a variety of techniques meant to improve one’s overall well-being and serve as beneficial supplements to traditional psychotherapy.

This worksheet will provide information to clients about the various aspects of wellness that they must focus on in the form of a graphical representation using the ‘Wellness Wheel’. This information can help clients understand all the areas that they need to nurture in order to achieve good mental and physical well-being.
How to use the worksheet?
Instruct the client to thoroughly understand all the aspects of wellness as shown in the wellness wheel. Then instruct them to colour the areas that they need to work on and also write at least one thing they can start doing to improve that particular aspect of wellness that they have been neglecting.
