Worry is a part of our daily life and there are many things that we worry about. It’s a natural phenomenon to get worried and then to look for possible solutions for your worry or problem. However, too much worry and constantly thinking about your problems can be disturbing and you can just simply lose your focus on your present if you continuously think about your problems related to the past or future.
