What are the theories behind this worksheet?

The theories underlying this worksheet are based on Leah Kuypers’ “Zones of Regulation,” an approach designed to help people understand and manage their feelings and sensory requirements.

The Zones model divides emotions and their accompanying actions into four separate zones: blue (low energy), green (ideal state), yellow (caution), and red (high energy). .

How will this worksheet help you?

This worksheet is intended to assist users in actively engaging with the Zones of Regulation hypothesis.

Individuals can acquire insight into their moods and behaviours by recognizing and reflecting on their present emotional zone.

How should you use this worksheet?

Users need to first get acquainted with the four Zones of Regulation. Then, by recognizing feelings and actions connected with their zone, they may assess their present emotional state.
