What is the theory behind this thanksgiving therapy worksheet?

Thanksgiving is also known as “Turkey Day” in the United States. It allows a person to look at their problems from a new perspective. It is a wonderful holiday to spend time with friends and family. While, thanksgiving therapy is a type of gratitude that helps you see your own life through a positive lens.

During the session with the client, the therapist uses this worksheet. This worksheet helps to improve a client’s sleep and reduce their fatigue.
