Mental health problems should not be taken lightly. Individuals who go through mental and emotional distress often fail to seek proper help at the right time. This inability to ask for help is due to many factors. First of all, asking for any kind of help is already considered a straining task in our society. Due to poor self image and insecurities, individuals feel themselves burdening others with their emotional problems. Furthermore, mental health stigma is also a contributing factor to this. Due to this, not attending to the crisis at the right time causes further psychological problems
