Emotions are a crucial part of human experience. They are an outlet of what we are feeling inside. Understanding our feelings and emotions aids in identifying what is happening to us. Psychotherapy ,like cognitive behavioral therapy, helps individuals in digging deeper in emotions and feelings. 

How will the worksheet help?   

This worksheet will help the clients in figuring out their feelings and emotions by dissecting the events that happened to them. This exercise is solely based on the emotions part of a certain event. Clients will learn first to do this with the help of the therapist, and later, they will be able to pratise on their own.

How to use this worksheet?

To use this worksheet, whenever you are faced with an experience that is overwhelming for you, read the following table. Then in a comfortable distraction free space, write the required item and color the emotions that you are experiencing. Discuss the completed worksheet with your therapist.
